Each payment is fully protected & covered by respective payment services, and we will never ask for payments via bank transfer. All payments will be processed through the website, or on rare occasion, our business Paypal - as to protect both our customers & ourselves.
Shipping:
I post everything with Royal Mail - Tracked 48. Once I have confirmation of delivery, with gps location & proof of delivery (photo), i am no longer responsible for your order. If your order does not arrive, and there is no delivery confirmation, I of course will sort this out for you!
Returns & Refunds:
As many of our items are made to order & customised colours, we only allow refunds & accept returns if your purchase is faulty. You have 14 days after your item is delivered to raise this with us.
Product Safety:
Do NOT leave any of our products with children unsupervised. Do NOT put any of our products in your mouth. None of our products are suitable for young children, toddlers, or babies.
Our Comfort Stones are soothing tools to help with anxiety, nerves, stimming habits, concentration. They are NOT toys & should not be used as such.
